On Site MHX are able to provide high quality and experienced technical personnel for an hour, a day or whatever time scale required. In most cases, MHX staff can be onsite within a few hours for urgent problems. Our technical staff all have several years experience in the field. MHX ensures that all staff have relevant qualifications for the work they undertake. MHX Staff currently have the following qualifications Microsoft Remote Support and Admin. Remote support is achieved using a VPN connection through the internet providing access to customers networks. MHX can provide remote administration, system monitoring and remote troubleshooting of problems. Uses of remote support; • Troubleshooting problems • Creation of new user accounts • Amendments to configurations • Configuration, including PC's, Servers and routers • System monitoring • Virus troubleshooting • Security amendments Support Costing options Support can be arranged either by the hour, or with the arrangement of a monthly contract |
